About the rol:

Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with previous automotive and strategy experience to be part of our exclusive Trainee program in Presidency, specifically in the Strategy Area for Corporate Strategy.

The role supports the development and execution of corporate strategy through strategic analysis and high-quality deliverables. It involves generating insights from public sources and internal data to inform decision-making. It prepares executive materials and corporate strategy documents aligned with top management priorities. It also manages ad-hoc strategic projects commissioned by the Presidency or Executive Committee.

The role requires autonomy to lead multidisciplinary initiatives while coordinating multiple areas to ensure alignment and results. It supports the Presidency with reports, trend analysis, and strategic studies. Additionally, it contributes to corporate governance by supporting Board processes, ensuring coordination of inputs and consistency of documentation.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or similar disciplines. Additional postgraduate education in strategy, management or digital transformation is considered an advantage.

Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level). Additional languages such as German are a plus.

Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize complex information. Proactive and curious mindset, with a high level of adaptability. Clear communication skills for both written and presentation formats. Collaborative team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities.

Valuable experience:

• Exposure to strategic or analytical work in corporate or consulting environments

• Experience in market research, competitive analysis or external environment assessment

• Preparation of structured presentations or materials for decision-making contexts

• Participation in cross-functional initiatives or projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

• Interaction with different levels of the organization, contributing to alignment and project execution

Other: International experience, such as academic exchanges or global environments, is highly valued. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is expected, with additional familiarity in digital or AI-based tools considered a plus.


How is the selection process?

As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
