About the rol:
Currently at SEAT, we are looking for a recent graduate with initial professional experience to join our exclusive Graduate Trainee Program in Finance, specifically within the Financial Accounting & Treasury Digitalization team.
The mission of this role is to accelerate digital transformation across Financial Accounting & Treasury by leading cross-functional data and AI projects that create real business value. You will help identify improvement opportunities, connect business needs with digital solutions, and contribute to building smarter, more efficient, and future-ready finance processes.
We are looking for an agile, flexible, proactive and sociable professional that wants to develop himself/herself at SEAT S.A.

What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A specialization in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Finance is highly valued.
Languages: Spanish and English at a professional working level are required. German is a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, curiosity for innovation, teamwork, proactivity, and the ability to manage complexity in cross-functional environments. Project management skills and a structured approach to turning ideas into actionable initiatives will be highly valued.
Valuable experience:
- Previous academic, internship, or first professional experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related initiatives is a strong plus.
- Exposure to finance, accounting, treasury, or process improvement projects, as well as experience coordinating tasks, stakeholders, or deliverables in a project-based environment, will be highly valued.
Other: International exposure (such as Erasmus or international experience), a digital mindset, and eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment will be considered a plus.
How is the selection process?
As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
